Foot and Ankle
Bearing our weight for thousands of steps every day, it is a wonder that anyone has feet and ankles that don't hurt! Both feet and ankles are injured frequently by accidents and sports injuries. Both can also suffer from a lack of support from inadequate or badly designed shoes.

Ankle and foot soft tissue injuries usually heal with appropriate exercises and rest. The ligaments can be damaged to the point that healing is incomplete and chronic pain can result. Fortunately, this usually responds to Prolotherapy.
